ADT Carpets have our own team of experienced and qualified fitters - whether for carpets or other floorcoverings. That means that we don't rely on sub-contractors like many of our competitors.

Andrew Tench
As the MD of the firm, Andrew has been behind the wheel since he founded
it back in 1986. Andrew started A.D.T.Carpets in Wem and soon progressed to
Ellesmere where he opened another showroom. Andrew undertakes all the measuring
and estimating for the Wem shop.

Danny Jones
Danny joined A.D.T.Carpets in 1999 as a fitter and soon progressed to manager
of the Ellesmere carpet showroom. Danny oversees all the internet sales (see
our sister website Stair
Rods and Rugs UK), and shipping of the goods.
Danny also does all the measuring and estimating for the Ellesmere shop.

Luke Tench
Son of Andrew Tench. Luke has a varied job description, from making the tea to taking phone orders for our internet sales. There's not a lot that Luke doesn't know about stair rods! |

Lynn Jones
Lynn is our part time sales assistant for the Wem shop. Lynn undertakes all
the arrangements for job detailing and pricing.

Andrew Norman
Andy has in a round-a-bout way worked with most of our current fitting team
in one way or another. He used to be an apprentice with Chris Conway-Wallace
many moons ago, he also worked with Andrew Tench at an old home furnishing
firm in Shrewsbury, he's also had Danny Jones and Kevin Walder as apprentices
in the past. Andy undertakes domestic carpet and Vinyl fitting as well
as all our wood/laminate work.

Lee Brown
Lee has been with the firm since 1999 and now is the second fitter alongside Andy. Lee has always been a keen member always looking to better his skills as a fitter.

Chris Conway-Wallace
The most senior of our fitters. Chris joined us in 2005 and he has already passed a lot of his vast fitting Knowledge to others in the firm. Chris has a Diploma in carpet fitting through NICF
association

Richard Morgan
Rich is our newest member of staff. Rich has 2 NVQ level certificates in carpet fitting and is looking to further his skills as a carpet fitter by joining the ranks of the NICF. Rich works along side Chris and they work very well together.

Kevin Walder
Kevin has been a fitter with A.D.T. Carpets for 3 years now and keeps the
domestic fitting side running smoothly. Kevin's specialty is wool twist carpets
and vinyl flooring.

Russell Jones
Russ is Kevin's apprentice and is learning the trade very fast indeed. Russ undertakes all the prep work and shares the fitting with Kevin. Russ in time will become a very good fitter.
